I sincerely congratulate all of you, dear students and future builders of the country, on this day.

Today, as you are in the best period of your life, the precious opportunity of youth, you have an asset that, if combined with academic effort, self-cultivation, professional ethics, and heartfelt faith, can take you to the highest peaks of honor and success.

I urge you to spend these days, which are the foundation of your future professional and academic path, with extra effort, careful planning, strengthening your skills, and maintaining human and moral values.
